Yes. We provide secure worldwide shipping with tracking and insured delivery options.
Most orders are delivered within 2–7 business days depending on destination.
Yes. We regularly assist collectors with sourcing limited and hard-to-find luxury watches.

PAYMENTS
You can securely pay via Visa or MasterCard through Shopify Payments. We work together with Shopify as our official payment processing provider.
The final price may include additional costs such as insured shipping, packaging, VAT, import duties or customs taxes, depending on your location.
Buyer Protection is generally included free of charge. However, payments made using American Express may include additional processing fees.
SHIPPING & INSURANCE
Orders are shipped fully insured for their complete value, including most international deliveries.
Every shipment is insured for the full purchase value of the watch.
RETURNS & BUYER PROTECTION
Return policies may vary depending on the item and condition. Watches should remain unworn and include original packaging and seals where applicable. We strongly recommend insured return shipping.
If your order was placed through our Buyer Protection service, contact support@bbawatches.com within 14 days of delivery or cancel the order directly from your order page. If payment was made directly to a dealer or private seller, please contact them directly regarding the return process.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Depending on destination and insurance coverage, return shipping may cost up to 300 USD.
If you experience any issue with your order, please contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your watch and include your order number.
Buyer Protection follows standard legal warranty requirements. An additional extended warranty is not included.
Approved returns are refunded in full, including the original shipping costs. Return shipping, insurance costs, import taxes and customs duties remain the responsibility of the buyer.
AUTHENTICITY & SECURITY
Suspicious listings can be reported directly from the product page using the “Report Listing” option. Our team carefully reviews every report and takes appropriate action when necessary.
